Something I wrote for the business section of today's NYT: Legendary Voice for Hire. No Live Gigs. Ernie Anderson was the announcer who said "...on the Luvvvv Boat" for ABC. He's dead, but there's a chance you might still hear him on your favorite Top 40 station, thanks to ernieanderson.com, where little pieces of his voice are for rent.
